Autonomous electric mobility will make traffic in metropolitan areas cleaner, safer and more efficient. In order to drive its implementation forward and to set new technological standards, the technology group ZF, via its subsidiary Zukunft Ventures GmbH, has founded the joint venture e.GO MOOVE GmbH with e.GO Mobile AG. “With the strong partner we have in ZF, we can now offer cities and the drivers of new mobility licensing test fleets in the short term, as our start-up momentum coincides with ZF's industrialisation expertise and market access”, says Prof. Günther Schuh. An important building block for the company's involvement in the e.GO MOOVE joint venture is the drive system, which is characterised by durability, economy and high efficiency. “The e.GO Mover is the first series production vehicle with ZF systems, offering cities an automated driving mobility concept”, says ZF CEO Wolf-Henning Scheider.
